Welcome to TSL surf – Taghazout Surf Lessons (“we,” “us,” “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before making any booking through our website taghazoutsurflessons.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Role as a Booking Center
TSL surf – Taghazout Surf Lessons operates solely as a booking intermediary between customers (“you,” “the client,” “the guest”) and independent local service providers (“Operational Partners”) who organize and deliver surf lessons, surf camps, and other related activities.
We do not own, operate, or control any surf school, instructor, accommodation, or transportation service featured on our Site.
All services are provided entirely by our independent partners, who hold their own insurance, qualifications, and safety procedures.
By booking through our platform, you acknowledge that your agreement and any legal relationship are directly with the Operational Partner providing the service — not with TSL SURF.
2. Liability Disclaimer
By using our Site and booking any activity, you agree that:
TSL surf – Taghazout Surf Lessons, its owners, managers, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising during or related to your participation in any surf lesson or associated activity.
Participation in surf activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, injury from boards or waves, weather conditions, or contact with other participants.
You understand and voluntarily assume all such risks.
All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to join the activity. If in doubt, you should consult a qualified physician before participating.
3. Partner Responsibilities
Our Operational Partners are solely responsible for:
Delivering the activity or service as described.
Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, licenses, and safety standards.
Providing equipment, instruction, and guidance in a safe and professional manner.
Any complaints, claims, or disputes regarding service quality or safety should be directed to the Operational Partner directly.
4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
When you book an activity through our Site, you are making a reservation request that will be confirmed by the Operational Partner.
Some partners may require a deposit or full payment before confirming your booking.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the partner. These will be clearly stated during the booking process or in your confirmation message/email.
We are not responsible for refunds or changes once a booking has been confirmed by the partner.
5. Travel and Health Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance covering water sports, accidents, medical costs, and cancellations.
We do not provide insurance coverage for any bookings made through our platform.
6. Website Information and Accuracy
We strive to keep all information on our Site accurate and up to date. However, details such as prices, availability, photos, and descriptions are provided by the Operational Partners and may change without notice.
We cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information provided by third parties.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Follow all instructions from instructors or guides.
Respect local customs, environments, and other participants.
